Overview

We respect intellectual property and handle infringement notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or their authorised agent.
A description of the infringed work and proof that you hold the rights to it.
The URL of the infringing content on this site.
Your contact details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

Once we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the content and notify the content supplier that provided it.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to pornmangocom@gmail.com that includes:
Your contact details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
The content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for your location.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We may end cooperation with content suppliers, or suspend accounts, that repeatedly infringe.

Anyone who knowingly makes false statements in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
