Driven to Demonhood is a mythological fantasy drama about a modern man who accidentally lands in Black Mountain and becomes its new demon king. His three hundred demons are short of food and money, and the celestial lord Zuo De demands overdue tribute and threatens to send them to the mines. Cornered, the king leads his followers to raid a treasure vault and crash a wedding, where they uncover the bride's true identity and a past-life connection. When a Taoist master takes hostages, heaven and the mountain face off, and the king must decide whether he can protect his home.
