FAQ
HONG LUO (hongluo.co) is an online short-drama site for adults. Here are the questions members ask most.
- What is HONG LUO?
- HONG LUO is an online short-drama site for adults at https://hongluo.co. The dramas are vertical videos a few minutes per episode, and you can watch on a phone or a computer. The service is only for users aged 18 or older.
- How much does it cost?
- Most series have the first episode free; each series page shows its free episodes. Other episodes can be unlocked one at a time with coins (unlocked episodes stay unlocked), or you can get a monthly membership or an annual membership (365 days) and watch every paid episode during that time.
- Does the monthly membership renew automatically?
- No. A monthly membership is a single payment valid for 30 days and is never charged automatically; to keep watching, buy the next period on the Membership page. Prices are shown on the Membership page. The annual membership is a single payment valid for 365 days and does not renew automatically either. If you already have a monthly membership, you can buy the annual one early and it starts from the end of your current membership. You cannot buy a second annual membership while one is active.
- Can I get a refund for the membership?
- Memberships are non-refundable once paid. Memberships never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; they simply end on the expiry date.
- How do I buy coins? Do they expire?
- Top up coins in your Wallet; each package shows how many coins you get, and larger packages include bonus coins. Coins never expire.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Alipay. The site shows the methods available in the region you connect from; in Taiwan, credit card is offered.
- On how many devices can I watch?
- An account can be signed in on up to 2 devices at once and can play on 1 device at a time.
- Do I need to download an app?
- No. Open the website in your browser to watch. You can also install the site on your phone’s home screen and open it like an app (open the Me page in your phone’s browser; the install steps are at the top).
- Can I sign in with Google?
- Yes. You can sign up and sign in with an email address or a Google account.
- Which languages are available?
