HONG LUO is an online short-drama service. Some episodes are free; the rest can be watched after unlocking them with coins or with a VIP membership.
Age and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws of your location to view the content on this site.
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You can sign up and sign in with an email address or a Google account.
An account can be signed in on at most 2 devices at a time. Signing in on a third device signs out the device that signed in first.
An account can play videos on only 1 device at a time. When another device starts playing, the first device stops.
Accounts may not be lent, transferred, or shared.
Coins
This service charges in coins: paid episodes are unlocked with coins, or you can activate a VIP membership to watch all paid episodes.
Top-up packages (price and coins credited) follow what the site shows when you top up; the coin price of each episode follows what the episode page shows when you unlock it.
Coins do not expire. They can only be used to unlock episodes on this site and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Episodes unlocked with coins can be watched permanently, and coins are not charged twice for the same episode.
VIP membership
VIP membership comes as the VIP Weekly Pass (7 days), the VIP Monthly Pass (30 days) and the VIP Annual Pass (365 days). Each pass is activated by payment and its days count from activation. All paid episodes can be watched during each period.
VIP passes do not renew or charge automatically when they end; to keep watching, activate a new period yourself.
Membership cannot be activated with coins.
Payment
The payment methods shown depend on the region you connect from. Payments are processed by payment providers, and coins or membership are added automatically once payment is complete.
No refunds after purchase
Coins count as sold once a top-up is credited. They are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, whether used or not.
A VIP pass counts as provided once payment activates it. It is not refundable, whether or not you watch during the period.
If the site or its operating company stops operating, ends the service or closes the site for any reason, the unexpired part of any VIP membership and any unused coins will not be refunded or compensated.
If you have a question about a top-up or membership charge, or a coin deduction, email pornmangocom@gmail.com within 30 days of the date it happened, with the order number or the time it happened. We will check our coin and order records, and if the error is ours, we will restore the coins or refund the payment.

How refunds are handled
When we return the coins for an unlocked episode, they go back to your wallet and the episode becomes locked again.
When a payment needs to be refunded, we process it through the original payment method (payment provider).
When a top-up is refunded through the payment provider (including a chargeback requested from the card issuer), we take back the coins from that top-up. For coins already spent, we revoke coin-unlocked episodes starting from the most recent. If the revoked coins exceed the amount owed, the difference is returned to your wallet.
When a membership payment is refunded (including a chargeback requested from the card issuer), that membership period is cancelled and any later periods move forward.
Referral program
Members can request a referral link. When new members you referred pay during the period stated on the referral page, you earn commission under the referral rules.
Commission rates, holding periods, and minimum withdrawal amounts are as shown on the referral page.
When a payment is refunded, any unpaid commission for it is cancelled.
We may withhold commission obtained by false or abnormal means.
Content use
All content on this site is provided for online streaming on this site only. We do not offer any download, save or offline viewing feature, and we do not authorize obtaining video files by any means.
Videos are for personal online viewing by members only. You may not download, record, redistribute, publicly show, or otherwise use them commercially.
You may not use content from this site to train artificial intelligence models or to build datasets.
The account watermark on the player can be used to trace screen recordings or screenshots that leak.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
If we detect bulk downloading or capturing of videos by scripts, tools or other non-viewing means, we may immediately suspend playback or the account; VIP membership fees already paid and coins already purchased are not refunded.
Intellectual property
Videos, images, and text on this site belong to us or to the respective content suppliers.
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, please notify us as described on the “DMCA notice” page.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of California.
Disputes arising from the service shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall be settled by arbitration in California, USA, under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

When these terms change, we post the new version and its date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
